Delivery Area

We ship to eligible U.S. destinations. Overseas states and islands are excluded. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout before payment.

Order Processing

Orders usually take 1 business day to process before they are handed to the carrier. Processing and dispatch take place Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping time is separate from order processing time.

Shipping Charges

All orders shipped within the U.S. delivery area described above receive free shipping.

Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, we will email you the carrier and tracking number for your order. For help with shipment updates, contact th2575206@gmail.com and include your order number.

Delivery Delays and Backordered Items

Carrier delays, weather, and peak holiday periods can affect delivery. If your package is delayed, contact our support team for assistance with tracking and updates.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing timeframe, we will notify you of the delay and seek your consent to a revised shipping date. You may instead cancel the unshipped items for a full and prompt refund of the amount paid for those items, including any applicable shipping charges.

If a backordered item is discontinued or unavailable, the unshipped item will be cancelled and refunded. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact th2575206@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging while we review your request.
