Everyday comfort & care
Understand product instructions, fit and features before choosing heat or massage.
What to compare
- Begin with the exact intended use on the product label and instructions. A warming product, a massage product and a medical device can have different purposes.
- Compare the area covered, usable dimensions, fit, accessible controls, cleaning method and power supply. Heat levels should be described using the manufacturer’s verified information.
- Read the instructions for permitted use time, positioning and any reasons the product should not be used. More heat or pressure is not automatically a better choice.
- Where a product makes a medical claim, check the documentation for that exact model and intended use. A brand name, category heading or general certification statement does not prove a treatment benefit.
- If you need advice about persistent symptoms, an existing condition or whether heat or massage is suitable for you, ask a qualified healthcare professional. This page provides product-selection information.
- Keep the instructions, supplier details and proof of purchase available. Check return and support information before ordering.
